This post relates to an apartment on Biscayne Boulevard opposite the Miami Heat Arena. A few months back in the dip pool area on the 44th floor, a problem developed. This was efflorescence. See before and after pics below. This efflorescence is a cross between lime wash and powdered concrete. I was recommended to Santiago at Washing Guru. He came to see the job and quoted a price. He made 2 x 3 hour visits. The first visit got rid of 50% of the efflorescence and the second visit 10 days later, completed the job. ~ Peter M
